What is the EDI Practitioner Pathway?
The EDI Practitioner Pathway is a Chartered Management Institute accredited set of qualifications for those working in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion. It enhances practitioners’ experience with professional certification that demonstrates their commitment and professionalism. The pathway blends inclusion and diversity training with core business skills that truly elevate your EDI capability and practice.
It will give learners practical skills as well as the tools to become thought leaders, enabling them to develop and land effective EDI approaches in any organisation.
What are the time commitments?
Learners will study toward multiple qualifications over two years. There are 13 training days plus optional self-reflection and assignment writing workshops. Enrolment in the pathway includes complementary access to 50+ live webinars.
How is it assessed?
There are four assignments to complete.
The pathway is delivered by industry experts within a supportive environment and with flexibility to fit around an individual’s needs.

- CMI Level 6 Award in Professional Management & Leadership Practice
- CMI Level 7 Award in Strategic Approaches to EDI
- Automatic Foundation Chartered Manager Status
