What is a Level 7 Award?
The Level 7 Award is aimed at organisational decision-makers. It provides an in-depth understanding of EDI at a strategic level. The strategic focus of this unit may also be appealing to Senior EDI Professionals.
Leaders explore structural in-equity, discuss approaches to comply with legal and good practices and explore how to develop and land strategic priorities for EDI.

How long does it take to complete the qualification?
There are three days of training, delivered virtually. Delegates must supplement the training with self-directed study and attendance at webinars. It can take 40 – 60 hours to complete the qualification over a year.
How is the Level 7 qualification assessed?
The assessment is typically in written assignment format. Different options are available to support accessibility requirements. The assignment is split into tasks totalling 4000 words.

What is the cost?
The cost for one delegate to attend an open session is £1,495 +VAT (members discount 10%)
In-house cohorts are an excellent approach for those with a group of delegates. In-house cohorts can be tailored to suit your inclusion approach. One cohort can host up to 12 delegates at a cost of £14,500 +VAT, saving 20%.
