CMI Policy Development for Inclusion

CMI Policy Development for Inclusion

Organisational policies are a key component in any organisation’s approach to improving Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). The principles in policies have a direct impact on the daily activities of people at work. Modern, inclusive policies are tools to support the delivery of the EDI strategy by setting out expectations of staff, and of the organisation.

This CMI-accredited course equips those taking part in developing policy with the skills and understanding to inform and create modern, inclusive policies which support the organisation’s inclusion strategy/ambitions.
