• Beautonomics – why employers need to dig a little deeper than first impressions.

    Samantha Brick, and her claim that her extraordinary beauty has affected her employability and life experiences,  is trending for the third day on Twitter.  The Daily Mail must be delighted, as must she even though some of the comments about her have been needlessly harsh.  For employers her story (whether you believe it or not) has raised some interesting questions about how we judge people, and how we identify talent.
