Intergenerational Working: Supporting and Retaining Gen-Z and Beyond
Intergenerational Working: Supporting and Retaining Gen-Z and Beyond
April 30 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Webinar overview
The age makeup of the current workplace will change dramatically over the next few years. Gen-Z’s born (1997 and 2012) will make up 30% of the global population by 2030. Millennials born (1981-1996) will make up 70% of all workforces by 2030.
There are currently five generations within the workplace, all of whom have different experiences and expectations about their employment. This webinar will explore how to prepare for the future, to make sure organisations are attracting and attaining talent in a very competitive market.
This webinar is hosted by Jenni Salkeld, Senior Inclusion and Diversity Consultant from Inclusive Employers.
Jenni is a Senior Inclusion and Diversity Consultant, who has experience changing projects and programmes within arts, culture, homelessness, and policing.
