Being aware of difference in communication, power dynamics, and cultural expectations will help professionals of any level wishing to succeed in an ever more multicultural work environment.

This session will provide tools and techniques for individuals working or wishing to work in multicultural environments to better succeed at understanding and interacting in culturally diverse settings, wherever you operate. We will explore how culture influences behaviours and interactions, and shapes how we may interpret and navigate situations at work and beyond. Cultural awareness helps unleash organisational diversity and inclusion, foster good relations with colleagues as well as customers and partners – which is why you shouldn’t miss this webinar!
