Many organisations in sport and physical activity find it difficult to engage new audiences and often continue to attract similar participants year after year. We know that the sport and physical activity sector aims to be more inclusive and wants to ensure that everyone can access the many benefits that being active brings whether that’s as a participant, volunteer or member of staff. However, if you don’t see yourself reflected in certain areas of sport and physical activity, how will you know it’s a place for you?
Our panel discussion will provide real life examples of organisations whose inclusion activity is helping to engage a broader group of people from more diverse groups than they have before.
