This session will explore the inclusion challenges and opportunities faced by global organisations. Employees can be separated by thousands of miles and spread across several time zones, which in itself is tricky, but to grow inclusion across cultural and legal differences presents particular challenges.

The risks of getting it wrong can be enough to make employers give up on a global Inclusion and Diversity agenda but the benefits are substantial if you are able to flex your approach.  What works in the UK isn’t necessarily going to work globally, and we will be exploring what you can do to navigate a global environment with respect and sensitivity.

Matheus Carvalho is Director of Global Services at Inclusive Employers, working closely with clients to provide them with training solutions and inclusion strategies to support their organisations. Emily Foster is a Culture, Diversity & Inclusion Consultant, Trainer and Coach with 20+ years experience in the media and advertising industries, working across the globe leading first with I&D.
