Join us for the final event of National Inclusion Week 2023 for an opportunity to witness innovation, spark ideas and Take Action Make Impact.

Hear from organisations share their insight and best practice around key areas of workplace inclusion.

This event will also be an opportunity to celebrate the successes of our CMI qualified students and Accredited Inclusive Employer Standard organisations from the last 12 months.

 

This webinar is hosted by Lindsay Lerigo and Emily Pattinson, I&D experts from Inclusive Employers.

Lindsay has 12 years’ experience of working in the private sector. For 10 years she worked for a global insurance company in various roles and most recently as a Training Co-Ordinator and Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Consultant. In the two years before joining Inclusive Employers she worked at a global law firm delivering on the firm-wide Responsible Business programmes including Inclusion and Diversity. Emily joined the Inclusive Employers team in August 2022 as a Senior Inclusion and Diversity Consultant, where they are providing innovative solutions and support for a wide portfolio of members. Emily has 5 years of experience working in diversity and inclusion across many sectors. Prior to joining Inclusive Employers Emily attained their PhD in psychology in 2018 and has driven inclusion forward through research into health and societal inequalities. Louise Lee, Strategic People Partner at Correla, National Inclusion Week sponsor: Louise leads on Inclusion and Diversity on behalf of the whole of Correla. Louise has over 20 years’ experience within the HR Profession and is passionate about creating a truly inclusive and diverse workplace for all colleagues. Find out more about Louise.

Alexandra Burrows, HR Engagement, Wellbeing and Learning Business Partner, UK & ROI, Haier Europe: Alex Burrows has a Level 7 HR Master’s Degree and Alex’s main focus is on the UK & Ireland while supporting and sharing insights on Wellbeing, with Haier Europe’s incredible European team. Alex thinks it’s all about amplifying the colleague’s voice – be it through surveys or decoding business insights for optimal colleague wellbeing. Guiding the journey from concept to strategy, and finally executing impactful wellbeing, engagement, and diversity initiatives. Cultivating manager buy-in is key for propelling these changes, coupled with impassioned champions who lead projects that truly ignite their drive and help the culture move toward belonging. Fiona Keady, UK Talent Business Partner, Leidos: Fiona loves helping people and this has been a focus throughout her career. In Leidos, Fiona’s main responsibilities include learning/training, employee engagement, inclusion and diversity, and global project work. Fiona holds a BA (Hons) in Business and is CIPD and BPS-qualified. In her spare time, Fiona enjoys all things creative, volunteering and trying new things. Find out more about Fiona.
