Members United: Active Bystanders to Allies – How do we encourage a culture of champions?
November 18 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Members United is an opportunity for Inclusive Employers members to come together, to connect and to share learning and best practice.
At this Members United roundtable during National Inclusion Week, we will bring together members who have championed Active Bystanders and Allies. We will discuss best practice on how to initiate allies programmes and spotlight on members who have internal champions and are #UnitedForInclusion to make a difference every day.
What you will learn
Being United for Inclusion requires effort from all of us within our organisations, so how do we move to a model where employees are confident about what they can do everyday to foster environments of psychological safety?
It’s time to move away from awareness and towards action. As well as hearing from roundtable participants, we will also showcase Inclusive Employers Allies Programmes, sharing the successes of programmes run so far.
Who is this for?
This is a members-only event, open to people from organisations who are members of Inclusive Employers. To express your interest in taking part, please fill out the following expression of interest form as soon as possible: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/6OGVNC/ and we will get back to you by 15th September to confirm if you have been successful in being allocated a place.
Our roundtable events are restricted in number to facilitate conversation. If you are not allocated a place this time, there will be another opportunity to register to take part in another Members United roundtable discussion later in the year.
