Inclusive policies factsheet

Policies, procedures, and guidelines form a structural framework supporting an inclusive workplace. These demonstrate the commitments an organisation is willing to make, provide accountability, and empower staff to work in an inclusive way. Although not every organisation will require every one of these policies, our factsheet provides a list of considerations when completing a policy review to support working towards a truly inclusive culture and workplace.
