What is a Level 7 Award?
The Level 7 Award is aimed at senior leaders and organisational decision-makers. It provides an in-depth understanding of EDI blockers and leavers at a strategic level. The strategic focus of this unit may also be appealing to Senior EDI Professionals and those in charge of increasing inclusion and diversity within their unit.
Leaders explore structural inequality in organisations and in wider society. They discuss approaches to comply with legal and good practices and consider the barriers to change. Finally, they explore how to develop and land meaningful change through strategic approaches.

How long does it take to complete the qualification?
There are three days of training, delivered virtually. Delegates must supplement the training with self-directed study and attendance at webinars. It can take 40 – 60 hours to complete the qualification over a year.
How is the Level 7 qualification assessed?
The assessment is typically in written* assignment format. Different options are available to support accessibility requirements. The assignment is split into tasks totalling 4000 words.

What is the cost?
The cost for one delegate to attend an open session is £1,495 +VAT (members discount 10%)
