This session will explore more about how to collect and use diversity data to measure and understand the impact and return on investment of inclusion. Along with how to use the learning from this to further grow and develop along your inclusion journey.
Over the next five years, we anticipate heightened scrutiny of business data, activities, and impacts related to inclusion and diversity for UK businesses. Our 'Inclusion manifesto: the tipping point in business accountability' report outlined key shifts that will happen to the UK I&D landscape, and Impact is at the core of it all.
Intersectionality explores the interconnected nature of social categorisations—such as race, class, and gender—and how these overlapping identities contribute to shaping opportunities and challenges someone has in life.
