An active bystanders guide - Inclusive Employers

An active bystanders guide

The term bystander is often used as a neutral term to describe a person who is a witness to an often unpleasant situation, which can include bullying, harassment, and discrimination in the workplace.

This guide has been produced to help both employees and organisations understand the difference between a passive and active ally, the importance of moving from a passive ally to an active ally, as well as top tips on how to become an active ally and create a truly inclusive workplace.

This content is only available to members of Inclusive Employers. Our members have access to a comprehensive and expanding library of practical inclusion and diversity resources. Find out more about our resources and the many other benefits of Inclusive Employers membership.
