Rayhana Begum - Inclusive Employers

With a first class BA (Hon) in Marketing, Rayhana brings in more than 14 years of office management experience at Inclusive Employers, working actively with the finance team, supporting the whole business to accomplish business objectives. She has taken over from such an amazing allrounder superhero that she sometimes feels the pressure of delivering the very best service (and a bubble tea comes in rescue!).

A natural ‘working extra mile’ person who never sticks to job description but happily keeps adding activities to ensure her own role and people working around her are working to the most efficient, comfortable status. One minute she can be liaising with a supplier to next task planning onboarding for a new colleague, helping with policy review to preparing data for finance/the board. If someone is not sure who to approach about a query on facilities management, admin, office, HR, IT, online order etc, Rayhana is the first point of contact.

What do you enjoy about your role at Inclusive Employers?

Every day is different and no matter how small or big the task is, it’s really appreciated. I love being myself here at Inclusive Employers, ensuring all the behind-the-scenes actions accomplished so that rest of the team are on highest level of efficiency.

What has been your biggest achievement to date?

Being a natural ‘go-to’ person, I am always there for empathetic listening, I practice and encourage self-actualisation. Its amazing how every little support can make a huge difference to others.

In personal life, I really try to make my two little girls see the world through inclusion and feel very proud when I notice my effort is working.

What is the best advice you have ever been given?

I have two that I equally follow!

If you believe that you can do it, no one or nothing can stop you.

You can not pour from an empty glass.

Tell us something about you that we might not know.

I am training to become a qualified counsellor. My love for trying out different cuisine has not been the best friend with my bank account.
