Nozomi is a Senior Relationship Manager at Inclusive Employers, working closely with members and clients to deliver expert Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) consultancy and bespoke training solutions. She supports organisations in developing and implementing effective inclusion strategies that create meaningful cultural change.

Originally from Hong Kong, Nozomi moved to the UK for her university studies, graduating with First-Class Honours. Her professional background spans several years as a Diversity and Inclusion Advisor within the higher education sector, combined with creative experience in children’s television production, bringing a unique blend of strategic and creative thinking to her role.
