Molly is a Senior Inclusion and Diversity Consultant for the Sports team. They joined in 2023 and particularly enjoy supporting sports organisations to be more trans inclusive. They previously led the inclusive recruitment efforts for England Rugby (RFU), where they implemented a new recruitment process.

Molly has worked in the EDI sector for most of their career, starting at a local LGBTQ+ charity in Cambridge where they organised LGBTQ+ history month for the city and provided inclusion advice for local businesses. From there they moved onto Stonewall, another LGBTQ+ charity, where they advised a portfolio of 40 clients ranging from large global corporations to smaller independent associations.

What do you enjoy about your role at Inclusive Employers?

I enjoy getting to meet people from across the sports sector and hearing about the work they are doing! I also love getting the opportunity to be create with developing training and stretching my research skills with guide creation.

What has been your biggest achievement to date?

In a previous role, I worked with my team to coordinate different organisations to provide a joint response to the government’s proposed GRA reform.
