About Lorena

Lorena is an Senior Learning Experience Designer at Inclusive Employers, specialising in global EDI strategies. Since joining the team in March 2024, she has been the main point of contact for clients across diverse industries, helping them embed workplace inclusion and create cultures where everyone can thrive.

With a Master’s degree in Human Rights from the London School of Economics and a strong commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Lorena brings both academic expertise and practical experience to her role. She is passionate about fostering organisational cultural change that drives performance and wellbeing.

Experience

Lorena’s professional background includes:

  • Designing and implementing EDI frameworks for large organisations
  • Developing equity and non-discrimination policies
  • Creating annual training programmes for thousands of employees
  • Leading national gender equality networks
  • Advising NGOs on advancing women’s rights and inclusion initiatives

Her previous roles include working with UK-based NGOs to promote the rights of Latin American women and serving within the Mexican Civil Service, where she delivered a comprehensive EDI framework for the Mexican Congress, impacting over 7,000 employees.
