About Kayla

Kayla manages a portfolio of members that range from small, specialist organisations to large global ones. She delivers a number of Chartered Management Institute (CMI) accredited training products. A number of other recent projects include:

• Delivering Inclusive Leadership training programmes, one in a UK council and another in a global accountancy firm.
• Co-authoring an Equality Impact Assessment review and developing training to support a public sector organisation embed the report’s recommendations
• Designing and delivering Conscious Inclusion training for one of the UK’s biggest brands

Experience

Kayla spent nearly 2 decades in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry in both operational and learning and leadership development roles. A return from maternity leave in 2021 led her into inclusion and diversity work. This background has enabled her to develop a wide range of skills that pragmatically and impactfully support organisations embed inclusion:

• Engaging with diverse audiences spread across multiple locations who have limited access technology and little time
• Being creative with limited budgets whilst keeping a laser-sharp focus on impact
• Developing middle managers and coaching leaders
• Creating inclusive and learning-orientated cultures 
• Developing and facilitating engaging and meaningful training interventions
