Since joining Inclusive Employers in 2023, Kate Adams has continued to work with a wide range of members and clients through a holistic, person-centred approach to creating inclusive cultures.
She also supports clients to realise their inclusion ambitions by embedding the golden thread of inclusion through strategy, policy, processes and learning interventions that aim to empower individuals and teams to thrive.
Kate’s former role as National Lead for Diversity, Inclusion and Participation at Health Education England had both an internal and external focus. It brought transformational change for underrepresented groups across healthcare, providing sustainable pathways into education and employment, including for the now much diversified medical student and doctor populations.
By championing social mobility and fostering equitable pathways, she has helped break down systemic barriers and create lasting opportunities to enable access for specific communities.
Kate is passionate about continued professional development, taking multiple short courses to upskill. She holds a range of professional qualifications, including leadership and coaching certifications, which underpin her strategic approach to inclusion. She also leverages her extensive experience across public and private sectors to inform her work as a consultant.
