About John

John is the Chair of Inclusive Employers, joining the organisation in October 2022 to oversee strategic direction and provide guidance to the board and wider team. His leadership supports our mission to remain one of the world’s leading experts in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), helping employers across all sectors build inclusive workplaces globally.

With over 25 years of board-level experience, John has worked as a CEO, Non-Executive Director, and Chairman, primarily in healthcare. In recent years, he has focused on mission-led organisations that deliver measurable social impact, aligning perfectly with Inclusive Employers’ vision for a fairer, more inclusive society.
