About Ellie

Ellie is the Finance Director at Inclusive Employers, joining the team in July 2023. She works closely with the board to deliver the company’s growth aspirations and support the wider business as Inclusive Employers continues its journey to become one of the world’s leading experts in equity, inclusion and diversity. Her role ensures that the organisation remains financially strong while helping employers across sectors create workplaces where everyone can thrive.

Ellie brings a wealth of experience in finance and strategic leadership, combined with a genuine passion for supporting impactful change. She values being part of a team that is dedicated to making inclusion a reality and finds inspiration in seeing the positive difference this work creates.

Experience

Ellie trained as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young in London on the Corporate Finance graduate scheme. During this time, she gained experience in:

  • Business Modelling
  • Economic Advisory
  • Private Equity Transaction Support

In the decade following her qualification, Ellie held senior finance roles, with the latter half of her career focused on Private Equity portfolio companies. In these roles, she supported businesses through critical growth phases following investment, developing a strong understanding of strategic financial management and organisational development.
