Brook is a training facilitator with Inclusive Employers, currently delivering anti-racism training to the West Yorkshire Police. Brook has 30 years of military experience in leadership development, peace support operations, security sector reform, and strategic planning. Her particular areas of expertise are gender mainstreaming, human rights based approach, women in leadership, and LGBTQ+ inclusion.

Brook is committed to continuous learning and is currently pursuing a PhD in International Human Rights Law the University of York Law School.
