What do you enjoy about your role at Inclusive Employers?

I recently joined Inclusive Employers, so am new to the organisation.

Everyone has been very welcoming, friendly and supportive which is testament to the organisation’s standards, and its employees.

I thoroughly enjoy and am passionate about what I do. The role offers a wide range of tasks, and I‘m constantly learn new things every day. No two days have been the same, which feeds my interest and makes the job more enjoyable.

What has been your biggest achievement to date?

This is more a significant achievement as opposed to being my biggest.

I competed in a 5k “Race for life” marathon in honour of my sister who at the time had been diagnosed with cancer.

Having not done an ounce of training, I found out that I completed the race in an exceptional time, beating some of the most seasoned runners plus, I managed to raise over £3k in donations which went towards Cancer Research, a worthy cause that’s close to my heart.

What is the best advice you have ever been given?

‘Not to take anything or anyone for granted because it or they might be taken away or removed from your life in the blink of any eye’.

That is why I am respectful to all, and I appreciate and give thanks for the smallest and what might be deemed as insignificant, things in life.

Tell us something about you that we might not know.

I am the 2nd youngest of 11 children which consists of 7 boys and 4 girls. A self-made football team, some might say!
