As Global Senior Inclusion and Diversity at Inclusive Employers, Baljit brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from both the private and public sector. She has delivered a number of EDI initiatives across the finance, retail and telecommunications sector to name a few. 

Skills

Baljit has a degree in Materials Engineering and a Masters in International Marketing Management and over 20 years of industry experience.
