Amandeep is a Senior Inclusion and Diversity Consultant at Inclusive Employers, bringing with her over 20 years’ experience in L&D and organisational change. She is pragmatic and creative, with extensive expertise in identifying, developing & leading Inclusion & Diversity solutions. She has a wealth of experience working in the not-for-profit sector, successfully driving organisational change and developing innovative work with vulnerable, diverse and marginalised communities. She is passionate about creating fair and inclusive spaces.
Amandeep has a passion and commitment to learning and is currently pursuing her Professional Doctorate in ‘Advanced practice and research in organisational consultancy’ using a systems-psychodynamic framework. She has a keen interest in inclusive leadership, behavioural and systemic organisational change.
I think the variety of the work and clients is great, not many jobs offer this. It’s also fantastic to do work that I’m passionate as my job!
I was delivering a personal development programme to young people, on the first day – during introductions, one participant, when asked to say their name, cried because they were very nervous. 12 weeks later, at the end of the programme, this very person stood up (in front of a large group of people) and gave a presentation. I felt very proud of this group, they came from a mix of backgrounds (some very vulnerable) but worked hard to create a sense of belonging and inclusion.

I love adventure, travel and a challenge. I’ve travelled around the world on my own. I’ve cycled across Europe and climbed to the top of mountains. Through traveling I have learnt a lot about kindness, difference and acceptance.
