Who are Inclusive Employers?

Inclusive Employers have been making inclusion a reality for organisations across the globe since 2011. We are the first and leading membership organisation for employers who want to build inclusive workplaces: places where all employees are valued and contribute towards the success of the organisation. Together with our members we are driving the inclusion momentum.

We have been working with organisations in Scotland for many years, including Freeagent, Leonardo, Stagecoach Group, Network Rail, TSB and Barnardos.

We have a dedicated team based in Scotland who work alongside our core Inclusive Employers team.

Carol Buchanan, Senior Inclusion and Diversity Consultant

Carol is an inclusion and diversity expert with over 15 years’ experience in HR Specialist roles. Before joining Inclusive Employers, Carol led Equality, Diversity & Inclusion in a large FTSE 100 organisation. Carol specialises in behavioural change, designing and delivering leading edge content to create the conditions for real change.

Highly skilled in consulting and comfortable with ambiguity, Carol leads cultural diagnostic and audit work, and supports employers develop I&D strategies and plans. Carol also leads on eLearning development.

Sara Duffy, Inclusive Employers Associate

Sara is a leadership development expert with over 10 years’ experience managing global leadership programmes, specialising in organisational capability, learning and behavioural change.

Sara and is highly skilled in all areas of leadership development, from critical needs analysis, through to design, delivery, embedding and evaluation of solutions. Sara has a special interest in Inclusive Leadership.

Experienced in managing organisational complexity, Sara works at pace to develop trust and collaborate effectively with clients. Sara’s experience is diverse, from individual solutions for small teams to designing and building leadership development strategy in large FTSE 100 organisations.

Sara is also a certified coach, with global leadership coaching experience.
