The Inclusive Leaders Tier

Tailored for CEOs (or equivalent). Participants receive a one-year development and support package to enable them to better understand what inclusion means for them and their organisation, so they can then embed this in a meaningful way in both their corporate and inclusion strategy work.

The programme is delivered over 12 months and includes three half-day events; three inclusion surgery sessions and attendance at a final event where participants can share their experience and the impact of participation with their peers.

Participants also have access to guidance, resources and toolkits and tailored advice from their Inclusive Employers account manager.

At the end of the programme participants will:

  • Be comfortable and confident in articulating the inclusive vision of their organisation
  • Be authentically driving equality, diversity and inclusion in their organisation and influencing inclusion across sport and physical activity
  • Understand their impact upon inclusive culture and be role models for inclusion
  • Actively challenge inequalities that exist within the system and empower change

Who is this for?

Inclusive Leaders is open to CEOs (or equivalent) of Sport England funded NGBs, Active Partnerships and other Funded Partners.
