Mental Health Aware: Why You Need it

At Inclusive Employers we know that mental health awareness is vital to break down barriers and enable understanding of the different challenges that we can all face and is an important part of making inclusion an everyday reality in your organisation.

Inclusive Employer’s are member’s of MHFA England and we are committed to improving mental health, starting in the workplace. We want to create environments where people feel valued and included to talk freely about their mental health, and confident to seek support when it’s needed.
