    LGBT+ Inclusion in Customer Service

In partnership with Liverpool City Council, we are delighted to host this webinar for businesses in Liverpool to support them during the Eurovision Song Contest 2023. This webinar is also open to all of our member organisations, free of charge.

Whilst progress has been made over the past few decades, LGBTQ+ individuals still face discrimination and harassment across the UK and globally. Many businesses are keen to support the LGBTQ+ community but lack the basic skills to understand how to get LGBTQ+ inclusion right. This webinar will introduce you to the basics of LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace and in customer service to ensure you are offering an inclusive welcome to LGBTQ+ customers every time.

Inclusive Sport: Addressing bullying and banter through an anti-racist lens

An inclusive organisation is one where everyone has a clear understanding of acceptable forms of behaviour and where there are a range of effective mechanisms in place, should the line be crossed.
