Thinking about Accessibility for an Inclusive Experience

Around 15% of the world’s population consider themselves disabled and yet how well-equipped are our services in supporting disabled customers? In the UK, 1 in 5 people have a disability, up to 80% of which have are non-visible. Around 14 million people in the UK live with some form of disability, so the likelihood is that you know at least one person living with a non-visible disability, whether you are aware or not. This webinar will focus on how we can support customers with visible and non-visible disabilities and ensure our services are equipped to meet the needs of everyone using them.

    Global Inclusion Strategies

This session will explore the inclusion challenges and opportunities faced by global organisations. Employees can be separated by thousands of miles and spread across several time zones, which in itself is tricky, but to grow inclusion across cultural and legal differences presents particular challenges.

The risks of getting it wrong can be enough to make employers give up on a global Inclusion and Diversity agenda but the benefits are substantial if you are able to flex your approach.  What works in your home country isn’t necessarily going to work globally, and we will be exploring what you can do to navigate a global environment with respect and sensitivity.

    Supporting colleagues through loss

Dealing with the death of someone close is an event that shapes us. Despite the large number of people who are grieving, most of us still find it difficult to support those who are struggling. It’s one of those delicate, taboo, and difficult topics, and many of us believe we lack the courage and abilities to provide ‘the correct’ support. This webinar aims to give the confidence and knowledge to be there for people and provide the support they need in the workplace.

Pride Month: Exploring global LGBTQ+ experiences

Observed in many countries around the world during the month of June, Pride Month celebrates the resilience, diversity, and contributions of the LGBTQ+ community worldwide. Despite much progress, when it comes to LGBTQ+ inclusion, the world is still a much-divided place: violence against the community is still a reality for many, at least 67 countries still criminalise same-sex consensual activity.

Join us for an enlightening panel discussion, where we will hear from diverse voices from the LGBTQ+ community and leaders in this space.
