Inclusive Cultures in Sport programme
Our Inclusive Cultures in Sport programmes provide tiered learning to a broad cohort of people from across your organisation tailored to their role/area of influence. Attendees will have access to resources for self-directed learning and then come together as a group at key stages for facilitated meetings/action learning sets to identify learning and commit to action at an organisational level leading to transformational change.
The Leading for Renewal programme is an example of this. A yearlong programme for Sport England funded systems partners that build their inclusion capacity and are helping to meet the aspirations of Uniting the Movement. The programme was carefully evaluated and has led to significant impact and change.
“The Leading for Renewal programme has been a significant vehicle for change. I would say as an organisation and as an individual, going from unconsciously to consciously putting inclusion on the agenda of everything we do.”
“The single biggest change is that everybody is talking about it and working on it. And I feel much more liberated, empowered and informed, to do it. We’re all on a journey where we’re learning more and more.”
