2026 LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion training

Bookings now open for Pride 2026

Availability is limited from May to July

Standalone or part of a wider programme

Pride 2026 is a celebration of community and connection. Our packages are crafted to ignite meaningful conversations, energise engagement, and turn shared pride into powerful, lasting impact. Our LGBTQ+ Pride training can be delivered as a focused standalone webinar, a one-off awareness session or as part of a broader EDI programme.

Whether you are looking for an off-the-shelf awareness webinar, a practical workshop for a specific audience, an expert speaker for a Pride event, or a wider LGBTQ+ learning journey built across multiple modules, we can help you choose the approach that best fits your goals, audience and budget.

For some organisations, the priority is building basic awareness and allyship confidence. For others, it is equipping managers to have better LGBTQ+ conversations, strengthening employee network capability, or embedding inclusive practices over time.

Are your policies LGBTQ+ inclusive?

Pride is a time for celebration and reflection. Many organisations have updated policies to be inclusive of some parts of the LGBTQ+ community. Is it time to take the next step? Engage our consultants to review your policies and recommend improvements. We can include listening sessions to engage directly with those in the LGBTQ+ community, gathering feedback to support policy development, and continued progress of your organisation’s inclusion journey.
