Addison Barnett is a compelling speaker, facilitator and leader who transforms organisational cultures with his authentic, evidence-based approach to equity, diversity and inclusion. As Principal Consultant at Inclusive Employers, Addie guides organisations to create meaningful, sustainable change through purpose-driven leadership.
Addie’s expert professional insights are profoundly informed by his lived experience. As a working class, autistic trans man, Addie’s lived experience provides him with an authentic understanding of workplace barriers and the transformative power of genuine inclusion.
Addie has always worked for mission-driven organisations, with a strong focus on systemic change, equity and inclusion throughout his career. Through further education, homelessness services and many years working with our clients, Addie now support leaders and C-Suite in our client organisations to create systemic change.
While Addison engages audiences on all inclusion topics, he speaks with deep lived experience in the following topics:

Michelle Daltry (she/her)
Principal Consultant
Michelle Daltry is a passionate and experienced equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) professional specialising in the sports, charity and not for profit sector. As Principal Consultant at Inclusive Employers, she collaborates with organisations to design and implement strategies that celebrate diversity and promote equitable opportunities for all.
With over 20 years experience in sport leadership, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the sports industry that are uniquely transferable to the corporate world. Her expertise encompasses inclusive leadership, workplace culture, and systemic change, ensuring that EDI initiatives are both impactful and sustainable.
Michelle is also a compelling speaker, sharing insights on topics such as the importance of LGBTIQA inclusive spaces and the need for inclusive practices that support working parents. Her approach is empathetic and data-driven, fostering environments where individuals can thrive both personally and professionally.
