The recruitment and retention of transgender staff - Guidance for employers

We are delighted to be able to share the Government Equalities Office guidance on the Recruitment and Retention of Transgender staff. Many Inclusive Employers members will be aware that we were commissioned to write this document with the help and support of our members and their staff.

We recognise that members of Inclusive Employers are already committed to bringing down the barriers to inclusion and we hope that this guidance will provide you with comprehensive practical advice and guidance. Lets hope too, that the document improves the equality, diversity and inclusion practices in all those other organisations where trans colleagues are, as yet, unable to be themselves at work.
