Trans people are one of the most excluded groups both in society and in the workplace. It is unfortunately very common for the trans community to face discrimination, prejudice, isolation, and abuse, both in public and at work.

This guide has been created to help organisations understand gender identity and the term ‘trans’, as well as how to acknowledge, raise awareness, support and celebrate all gender identities in the workplace.
