Inclusive Employers Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
The promoter of this prize draw is: Inclusive Employers Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 07337659 whose registered office is at 19 Short Street, Waterloo, London, England SE1 8LJ.
How to enter
The prize draw is open to anyone completing Inclusive Employers’ 10th Birthday Survey. Participants must supply their details at the end of the survey to enter the draw. No purchase is necessary, and it is free to enter. Entrants will be invited to check a box as part of completing the online survey to confirm that they wish to take part.
The survey prize (to be awarded to the winning prize draw entrant) is either a 90 minute training session or a 3 hour consultancy session, delivered virtually by an Inclusive Employers Consultant.
If the prize winner chooses a 90 minute training session, the training session will be made available to a maximum of 50 employees of the winner’s employer organisation. It will be the responsibility of the winner to identify attendees and distribute the joining link to the online session to attendees and provide any details of session to the attendees. Inclusive Employers will not liaise directly with attendees.
If the prize winner chooses 3 hours of consultancy, the consultancy project, objectives and timeframe for completion must be agreed by both the winner and the Inclusive Employers consultant within 28 days of notification of the prize. Consultancy is an agreed piece of work designed to support your organisations goals. Our consultants provide recommendations that are practical, honest and designed to give you the confidence to take action and that has lasting impact on workplace culture. Examples of consultancy are below, this list is not exhaustive.
- Review of a new or updated policy
- Review of a strategy
- Review of targets/actions
- Review of outcomes of data collection/analysis
- Review of process
- Review of recruitment procedures
The winner can suggest potential consultancy projects that are not included on the above list but the final decision on what can be completed within the 3 hours available resides with the Inclusive Employers Consultant.
The winning entrant is to be drawn at random by Inclusive Employers.
Opening and closing date
The prize draw will open at 09:00 GMT on Thursday 11th March. The prize draw will close on Wednesday 7th April at 11.59 GMT.
The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 and over, except employees of Inclusive Employers, their families, agents or anybody connected with this competition. Entry to the prize draw is free. No purchase is necessary.
For entries to be considered valid, all entrants must complete the relevant online survey associated with the prize draw, including supplying their contact details, within the opening and closing date above. Any entries not adhering to this criteria will be considered invalid and void. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit. Entries submitted with incomplete or inaccurate data will also be considered invalid or void.
Prize term and conditions
The prize is as stated, is not transferable to another individual or company and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize. Prizes are subject to availability and the prize supplier’s terms and conditions.
The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of the prize draw and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the prize draw.
In the event of the prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
Inclusive Employers will not sell, distribute or lease the entrant’s personal information to third parties unless Inclusive Employers has the entrant’s permission or is required to do so by law. The winner will be drawn at random from all the entries adhering to these terms and conditions. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days from the draw date.
Accepting the prize
The winner has 28 working days from notification of the win to confirm acceptance of their prize. Notification of the win will be by email from Inclusive Employers to the email address provided by the winner in their survey submission. If the winner cannot be contacted by this method in this period or cannot accept the prize, then Inclusive Employers reserves the right to draw another winner from all the other valid entries received before the closing date.
Delivery of the prize
The training session must take place within 6 months of the date of prize notification to the winner. Within 28 days of notification of the prize, the winner must agree a date and time with Inclusive Employers which is convenient to Inclusive Employers for the session to be held. Inclusive Employers will use reasonable endeavours to agree a date and time which is preferred by the winner but in the event a mutually convenient date cannot be agreed then the winner will be required to accept a date and time offered by Inclusive Employers. If a date and time is not agreed in accordance with these terms within 28 days of prize notification then the winner will forfeit the prize.
Details of the confirmed winner will be available on request by writing to the Marketing Team, Inclusive Employers at 19 Short Street, London SE1 8LJ no earlier than 6 weeks after the closing date of the prize draw. Only the surname and county of the winner will be disclosed.
In case of a dispute arising, Inclusive Employers’ decision is final. Inclusive Employers reserve the right to modify or withdraw the prize draw at any time.
