Zeinab Ali has nine years of experience supporting practitioners in the Equality, Inclusion and Diversity (EDI) sector and six years of marketing experience specialising in social media marketing, SEO optimisation, email marketing, website management, etc. While working at an assistive technology company, she ran a successful interview blog series where she interviewed design, tech, and accessibility professionals and asked questions about how they achieved success.

Zeinab has:

  • Represented Inclusive Employers in a Sky News interview explaining the benefits of taking part in National Inclusion Week.   
  • Made a guest appearance on the Talking Inclusion With… podcast to discuss her personal experience of looking for employment and thriving in the workplace as an autistic person.
  • Manages the Inclusive Employers’ Awareness Days Calendar. She copywrites for and updates this resource, which helps clients stay informed of upcoming religious holidays and awareness events. This resource is very popular with our members.
  • Manages and sources interviews for our blog series ‘Five minutes with…’. This series spotlights inclusion practitioners and professionals who make inclusion an everyday reality.
