I enjoy being able to meticulously organise the WYP project to ensure our trainers and speakers can deliver to the best of their ability to our delegates. I take great satisfaction in knowing I am contributing to a large scale positive impact in society.
Overseeing the overhaul and roll out of a large-scale corporation’s mental health network, elevating the utilisation of professional support services. This led to a significant surge of interactions with professional support services provided by the company, which meant more people were accessing the right support for mental health post pandemic.
“Fail fast and fail often.” This mantra is something I often keep at the forefront of my mind. As a person who has been at the forefront of many innovative projects in my career, it’s important we get things wrong quickly. This allows us to learn and streamline processes, which helps land things better in the long run. To be a pioneer takes courage, so we shouldn’t shy away from making mistakes to discover the great things that are yet to be uncovered!
I have a massive passion for coaching and development. So much so that I am a qualified personal trainer. In my spare time, I enjoy coaching people through their health and wellbeing journeys to allow them to thrive. Seeing people grow brings me great personal joy!
