Robyn has 10 years of experience working with Inclusive Employers, supporting organisations of all sectors on their I&D learning journey.

As an actor facilitator, Robyn has led many drama-based programmes focusing on creating inclusive cultures, managing bias, and difficult conversations. Robyn has a fantastic track record of creating safe environments for delegates to engage, challenge, change and engage in the I&D conversation.

Besides delivering dozens of inclusion workshops and webinars, Robyn is a qualified Mental Health First Aid Trainer, experienced in delivering courses both virtually or face-to-face, raising awareness of mental health challenges whilst providing skills for people to be able to provide initial assistance to colleagues who need support. Robyn likes to create an environment where participants can be themselves, where their voices are listened to and are heard without judgement or criticism.

What do you enjoy about your role at Inclusive Employers?

I love working for such a welcoming, inclusive company. A company where people are not afraid of a challenge and making their voice heard. Where opportunities are created for the quietest voice to be heard. Where everyone is valued.
