About Keiran

Keiran is a passionate Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) practitioner and Senior Consultant at Inclusive Employers, dedicated to creating workplaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and able to thrive. As an ethnic minority and LGBTQIA+ individual, inclusion is deeply personal to Keiran. Their own experiences of barriers and bias have driven a commitment to challenging inequity and shaping cultures where everyone belongs.

With a background in hospitality and people management, Keiran brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to embedding inclusion in everyday operations. They are especially passionate about driving cultural change through data-led strategies, leadership engagement, and inclusive policy design.

Experience

Keiran has extensive experience in developing and delivering inclusion strategies within a large FTSE 100 organisation in the hospitality sector. They have led initiatives to embed inclusive practices across teams of thousands, shape progressive policies, and boost colleague engagement through education and awareness. Key areas of focus have included LGBTQIA+ inclusion, gender and race equity and improved accessibility.

Before joining Inclusive Employers, Keiran facilitated senior leadership training, launched menopause-friendly initiatives, and championed projects that secured a Top 10 Stonewall Workplace Equality Index ranking and Gold Employer status for three consecutive years.
