What do you enjoy about your role at Inclusive Employers? 

There is never a dull moment and there are so many opportunities to learn from our inspiring colleagues. I love that the work we do aims, and does, make a genuine positive difference to how people experience life.  

What has been your biggest achievement to date?

I was really glad to have the opportunity to be a part of our Infertility, Miscarriage and Baby Loss podcast. I think there is so much power in sharing our stories and we have so many great platforms to do that at Inclusive Employers. 

What is the best advice you have ever been given? 

“There’s no such thing as a stupid question”…  

Simple words, but they have stayed with me for over 15 years and given me confidence to speak up or be part of the conversation, when I might not have done so otherwise.

I used to have a tearoom in Bristol – I love cooking and food and this was a wonderful way to connect with lots of amazing people.
