Finance Analyst
Gemma is a Finance Analyst at Inclusive Employers, responsible for managing accounts payable, financial reporting, and providing data-driven insights to support organisational goals. Since joining the team in August 2024, Gemma has played a key role in ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy, enabling Inclusive Employers to deliver high-quality Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) consultancy and training to our members.
With a degree in Business from the University of Brighton and over five years of experience in finance, Gemma brings expertise from diverse sectors, including software development and building energy management systems. Her analytical approach and commitment to continuous learning make her an integral part of our mission to create inclusive workplaces.

She began her career as a Trainee Accountant and has since gained exposure to various areas of finance. Gemma is currently completing her AAT qualification and plans to train as a Chartered Accountant.

One of Gemma’s proudest achievements is her charitable work, donating her hair twice to the Little Princess Trust and raising over £2,000 to provide wigs for children undergoing cancer treatment. This reflects her commitment to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.
