The process I have cultivated is on the basis of: protect your energy.
Reflect on who and what has access to and influence over you, as well as vice versa. Is the extent of the access a safe space, is it reflective of your values, and is it conducive to your goals? This allows you to take both responsibility and accountability. It allows you to safeguard your wellbeing and preserve your peace.
I’m a writer by hobby and find joy in the alchemy of storytelling.
