As Managing Director, Operations Claire leads the team of consultants who provide member support, training, consultancy and qualifications to members and clients. In this exciting and demanding role, she is heavily involved in sales, member relationships and product and service development.

Claire particularly enjoys the challenge of keeping Inclusive Employers at the front line in terms of innovative service provision and loves to see members and clients achieve their I&D goals. Despite having been in the role for 10 years, the constant challenges and opportunities make for a very rewarding job.

Claire has been working in HR and people functions roles throughout her career, which has included specialist responsibilities for so many of the of the fields we advise on at Inclusive Employers – recruitment, learning and development, employment law and discrimination and employment advice.

Having worked in-house in large organisations for many years, Claire understands the particular challenges that employers face and helps ensure that our support is always practical, relatable and has impact.   

What do you enjoy about your role at Inclusive Employers?

I love the contrasts! Some examples:

  • The variety and pace vs. serious and focused delivery or development.
  • The complexity of multiple initiatives and clients vs. simplicity of purpose – to create inclusion.

Be true to yourself.

My ambition is to do the Three Peaks Challenge (but over a number of days and staying in lovely hotels!).
