About Carol

Carol is a Product Specialist at Inclusive Employers and a recognised expert in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) with over 20 years of experience in senior HR roles. Before joining Inclusive Employers, Carol led EDI for a FTSE 100 organisation, driving cultural transformation and embedding inclusive practices at scale.

Carol specialises in behavioural change and designs programmes that create the conditions for real, sustainable inclusion. Her approach combines strategic insight with practical delivery, helping organisations achieve measurable progress in workplace inclusion.

Carol holds postgraduate qualifications in HR and Leadership, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and is an AMPG-accredited Programme Manager and Change Specialist.
