As Principal Consultant, Addie is one of our thought leaders in inclusion, constantly horizon scanning for key insights and delivering those insights in our most complex and strategic projects.  

Experience

Addie has led a wide range of high-impact initiatives with our clients, including designing and implementing I&D strategies; developing I&D data strategies; completing a national EIA for hybrid working; and developing leadership teams to truly embody inclusive behaviours. He works with clients across all sectors, providing warm, expert advice to create organisations where everyone can thrive.

Addie has always worked for mission-driven organisations, with a strong focus on systemic change, equity and inclusion throughout his career.

Skills

Addison’s skills include:

• ILM Level 7 in Leadership and Management 
• PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner 
• PGCE in Post Compulsory Education and Training 

Achievements

Addie wrote our National Inclusion Week 2024 #ImpactMatters impact toolkit, and co-authorised our ‘Inclusion Manifesto’ report identifying emerging I&D issues under the new Labour Government.
