Director of Impact
Addison, also known as Addie, is Director of Impact. He provides expert advice and positive challenge to a broad range of clients across all sectors, working with all levels from Exec teams to frontline staff with warmth and confidence.
Recently Addie has been providing inclusive recruitment audits for clients, delivering our Inclusion Allies programme, and working with Exec teams to develop inclusive leadership behaviours.
Before joining Inclusive Employers Addie worked for 5 years in the homelessness sector managing frontline services and leading on LGBTQIA+ inclusion. Addie started his career teaching in Further Education and as a Lecturer in Education, specialising in managing challenging behaviour.
In addition to his work with our clients, as a member of the senior management team at Inclusive Employers, Addie is responsible for quality, our membership offering and the continuous professional development of our consultancy team.
Working with our members, it’s a real pleasure to support and advise them to make inclusion part of their organisation. It’s varied and challenging work, no two days are the same.
Developing our Inclusion Allies programme and seeing the impact it’s having across different organisations.
It’s more of a phrase I use to remind myself of the bigger picture: ‘strive for progress, not perfection’.
