For the first time ever, Inclusive Employers is proud to launch the National Inclusion Week® Awards.
The awards recognise organisations, leaders, colleague networks and initiatives creating measurable impact through inclusion. They celebrate those who are driving change and demonstrating what meaningful inclusion looks like in practice.
Winners will be announced during National Inclusion Week® 2026 (14–20 September), providing an opportunity to showcase the organisations and individuals leading the way on workplace inclusion.

Entry fees
Inclusive Employers members: Free entry to all award categories as part of your membership benefits.
Non-member organisations: £195 + VAT per submission.
Registered charities: £145 + VAT per submission.

Supporting materials required
Please be prepared to provide:
- Organisation logo
- Completed submission form
- Maximum two supporting documents
- One supporting image
Once you have registered your interest, you’ll receive tailored information based on whether you are an Inclusive Employers member or non-member, including submission instructions and payment details where applicable.
Submission guidance
Judges will score entries against three areas:
Organisational Context (Maximum 300 words)
- Provide background on your organisation and any relevant context.
Reason for Nomination (20% weighting, maximum 300 words)
- Why does this initiative, network or individual deserve recognition?
Impact (40% weighting, maximum 500 words)
- Describe the actions taken and the impact achieved.
Measuring Success (40% weighting, maximum 500 words)
- Provide evidence, outcomes and data demonstrating success.
