Janet is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over two decades of experience leading inclusion, learning, and talent initiatives across some of the UK’s best known brands. She has held Senior Leadership Team positions at Whitbread PLC, Sainsbury’s PLC, and Virgin Active Ltd, operating at Executive and Board level throughout her career.

Her inclusion work has been recognised through both individual awards and organisational accreditations, including strategically leading her organisation to 10th place overall in the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index 2024. As CEO of Inclusive Employers, Janet brings practical, real-world experience to help organisations achieve their equity, diversity, and inclusion goals.
