Who wins, who loses? Leadership decisions and racial equity during organisational change

Event overview

Join us for coffee, pastries, and an exclusive breakfast roundtable in London, bringing together Senior HR Leaders from the Inclusive Employers membership community. Developed in partnership with, and hosted by, St Mungo’s, this face-to-face session will be led by Janet, CEO of Inclusive Employers, alongside Kerry McCafferty, Chief People Officer at St Mungo’s. The session will offer a blend of peer exchange, practical insights, and interactive discussion.

Our conversation will explore the impact of organisational change programmes on Global Majority colleagues, including practical guidance on using Equality Impact Assessments to ensure representation of minority communities is maintained throughout periods of change.
